Orthopedic Center gives $20,000 to prevention programs

Betsy Goulet, president of the Friends of the Sangamon County Child Advocacy Center accepts a check for $20,000 from Dr. Ron Romanelli, president of Orthopedic Center of Illinois, at OCI's golf outing Monday at Panther Creek Country Club. The funds will be used to support sexual abuse prevention programs in schools. More than 5,000 children a year participate in the center's presentations.
