The evil side of the scale

As a trainer, one thing that always drives me crazy is people's attachment to the scale. Focusing on purely "the numbers" (your weight) will get you nowhere or drive you into a mad depression. The scale should not be used to gauge how well your diet/workout program is working. There are multiple reasons I tell people to quit relying on the scale. I actually threw out my scale from home when I moved because honestly, I do not care what I weigh.
